Refund policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our product, we do not accept returns on any GrowLuxe oils once they have been delivered. As our items are topical and may be exposed once opened, we are unable to guarantee product integrity for resale or reuse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. You can contact us via email at info@growluxe.co.uk or send us a message on Instagram @growluxeoils with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will assess the situation and aim to resolve it promptly.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
